Mobile Field Application

We are pleased to announce that in 2016 we will be implementing a new mobile field application into our Service Department.  This will include electronic work orders that will be emailed directly to the owner or site. This new electronic work order will include all details of the current paper work orders we utilize including site signature.  The mobile application will give our field technicians greater resources and information regarding service history, parts availability throughout the company, and current equipment at your sites which will allow us to serve you more efficiently.

Currently, we are in the process of obtaining the preferred email addresses for each site.  We would therefore ask that you submit to us your preferred email address for future work orders on the form below.  For customers with multiple sites, please specify if you would like the work orders sent to the individual sites or if you would like them all going to a corporate email address.  Please note that this is for the work orders only.  Invoices will continue to be sent through your normal method.

Until we are completely implemented and depending on where you are located, you may still get the paper work orders until the branch that services your location goes live on the new system.  Our goal is to have the mobile field application fully implemented in all branches by the 3rd quarter of 2016.
